Three Day Diet Analysis I realized that my diet is actually quite poor compared to the recommendations given on the Food Guide Pyramid. I notice that I don’t get enough of the recommended intake of healthy food. On average I consumed the daily recommended amount of fruits, vegetables and meats but not the bread. Making simple adjustments can help me improve my daily diet; for example, eating fruits and vegetables daily, eating eggs, breads and meats and definitely limiting my sweets. The main thing I need to add to my diet is green leafy foods. My iron tends to be low and dark green vegetables, like spinach, could help.
