Your response should be both thorough and succinct; be sure to use correct spelling and grammar. 1. How would you define the problem that has arisen between Dick Garanti and Mary Wilson? What aspects of the scene have particular bearing on the problem? For example, is Mary’s relationship to David Smith incidental or does it significantly complicate the situation? Dick has given Mary too much credit in her appraisals without recognizing several departures from professional behavior, namely leaving the office to spend time in her boyfriend’s department and skimping on her secretarial duties. An informal relationship has formed between Dick and Mary and she now feels like she can get anything she wants out of him. She is unaware of her poor performance and continues to demand an editor position by avoiding her clerical duties. She has overstepped her bounds
