WEEK 1 CH1, Q17 – Give an example of a recent purchase you made where the purchase wasn’t  just a single transaction but rather part of an ongoing relationship with the seller.  Discuss what the seller has done (or could do better) to strengthen the relationship and  increase the odds of you being a loyal customer in the future.  I bought 2 new tires from Costco. Costco offered me to rotate all 4 tires for free. Seller could  give a discount for front end alignment, if the customer bought say 4 tires. By offering the  rotation for free, I chose to buy 2 more tires from them, instead of going elsewhere. CH1, Internet Exercise on page 10 – Go to the Target home page ( www.target.com ) and  click on a tab for one of the product categories. How many different manufacturers’  products are shown? Would consumers be better off if each manufacturer just sold  directly from its own website?  http://www.target.com/Drives-Storage-Computer-Accessories- Electronics/b/ref=in_se_pagelist_btm_5?
