Lecture A (WK1) Welcome to our Virtual Lecture Hall This week we’ll be considering some important preliminaries to our study of macroeconomics and then addressing several critical economic concepts in our review of the economizing problem. To begin, please read: Chapter 1: The Scope and Method of Economics Chapter 1, Appendix: Graphs and Their Meaning , Chapter 2: The Economic Problem: Scarcity and Choice Do you like to see a roadmap before you begin a trip? If so, the following is a no-frills, black and white, text only, outline of the major points for this week. You will find one each week in our Lecture Hall.
