Kerr’s point:  Rewarding A while  hoping for B… Stated goals often conflict with rewards that  are (unwittingly) in place 3M article for today…what was the company  rewarding and how did that affect  innovation?? The lesson:  Pay attention to what behaviors  you are rewarding and to what your actions  say is valued!
