This saves money on advertising. I would also put an advertisement in the local newspaper. This costs money but it would be the only advertisement that the company would have to pay for. Once there has been a candidate selected then there will be an interview with the human resources staff, as well as the hiring manager and other staff members of the accounting department who will be working close with the candidate....
