First of all, Quintessence, our restaurant, can benefit from using the loyalty program to attract people who want to celebrate in some special days such as customers and their lover birthday, dating or wedding anniversary. Many couples want to find a place to celebrate their memorable and unforgettable birthday, dating or wedding anniversary. Quintessence, our des sert restaurant, is a suitable place for them to gather in these bliss days, we can provide some celebration-related dessert for individual customer, such as their name and celebrating event are written on the cake. I do believe that it will become their sweet and impressive memory in their life. At least three weeks before our customers and their lover birthday and dating or wedding anniversary, Quintessence will send an e- mail to them to congratulate and offer a coupon along with reasonable discount. It will attract them to consume in our shop and generate our restaurant profit. Also, it will maintain, even improve the relationship between customers and Quintessence. If Quintessence hasn’t this loyalty program, we will have not a selling point to attract first-time customers; even we will lose some regular customers.
