Which issue seemed to be the most irresolvable, and what do you think the future holds for that issue? I feel the death penalty fits this part of the question to. It has been up to each state to choose if it has the death penalty on the books as a punishment. This changes due to what the public wants within each state and it also changes from year to year. It is very hard to say what the future holds for this issue in each state due to the constantly changing political environment we live in....
