ES 10 Biomes Assignment – Week of March 2 - 6 For this assignment, I am assigning each section team a biome (see the announcement posted on bspace). Each team’s job is to research their biome and come prepared to give a 7 minute presentation in class on what you found out. You can either have one person present or switch and each group member does a portion – I am flexible as long as your presentation flows and has good content. I do not mean for this assignment to take a huge amount of time, but I do want us all to learn things that are directly relevant to what we are learning in class. In order to direct your research, each group should focus on making sure they answer as many questions as possible from the list below. To make it easy to prepare as a group, you might want to split up the questions and have each group member answer 2 of them, but you can decide on your own how to go about answering them. In class, each group will present, and then at the end of the presentations, we will show a slide show of photos of all the biomes, so in addition to finding information, each group also needs to find 4-5 really beautiful photos of your biome for the slide show at the end. We aren’t going to worry about copyrights, so feel free to take images from anywhere on
