Expectancy theory – Mary motivated her employees by showing them the rewards of money making franchises by doing business in a cost efficient and professional manner. Mary’s personal desire to be an entrepreneur caused her to leave a good-paying job with benefits and insurance and to build a woman owned company in a man dominant business. Some of Two Men and Truck employees have bought franchise in the company and are running their own successful business. Mary created high performance teams by creating Stick Men U. Stick Men U is a training facility to educate movers how to properly move large furniture and fragile
