Code of Ethics 2 The company Code of Conduct will set up the standards that the company expects from its employees and contractors. The conduct code contains the following rules and principles to ensure the company holds a high standard of ethical business behavior. 1. Conduct business with honesty and integrity. 2. Conduct business in a professional manner that projects a good public image. 3. Build relations between customers, vendors, suppliers and fellow employees based on trust, respect and dignity. 4. Comply with all business laws and company polices. 5. Avoid all unlawful practices and activities that can damage the company’s image or reputation. 6. Avoid all form of conflict of interest with in the company. 7. Confidentiality in proprietary information entrusted to employees. 8.
