Missed exams: University policy states: "Illness may constitute an acceptable reason for not writing an examination. Students who miss examinations because of illness should so inform their instructors and provide a medical certificate documenting the precise period of absence and the nature of their illness .“ If you miss the midterm your mark will be transferred to the final exam after you bring a medical certificate, verified and copied in the science ug office. A medical certificate has to be issued on (or to cover) the day of the exam If you miss the final exam you will get the opportunity to write it next time when the course is offered (spring 2010)
