For instance, the language cultural factor is a particular manner in which members of a group use vocal sounds and written signs to convey meanings to each other. Managers, through the use of effective communication skills, can influence the language factor of the culture of the organization because they are respected and looked up to as mentors. Managers can also influence the physical setting cultural factor of the organization. They can make changes to the environmental atmosphere of the organization, including the things that physically surround people, to provide them with immediate sensory stimuli.
