INNOVATIONS OF HEALTHCARE IN CANADA Healthcare is a very important aspect for the public in each and every country. Healthcare in Canada is mainly dependent on the availability of resources for the purpose of improving the quality and efficiency of health services . Recent enhancements in different fields of health care, such as sufficient methods of early diagnosis and treatments, have a great effect on the general healthiness of the public. The ministry of health has goals to improve its health care services; therefore, many innovations in the health care system have been considered in order to meet the objectives. These actions to meet these aims have seven main dimensions, which are: process innovation, market size, quality concern, prices level, control level, technology, and capital requirements 1 . These seven dimensions do not affect the improvements of the health care system in the same level; but this does not neglect the fact that these aspects do have effects. For instance, the quality concern dimension is considered one of the most important matters
