There are five basic factors that determine the social differences in humans are extraversion, neuroticism, openness to experience, agreeableness, and conscientiousness. The three of the five clusters that describe my personality are extraversion, agreeableness, and, conscientiousness. The trait that best describe my personality with extraversion is assertiveness. I grew up in a family of high strong and assertive women and it seemed only natural for me to be assertive. I believe that it can be positive and negative because people that do not know me can misconstrue my assertiveness for aggressiveness. Second is agreeableness and I use straightforwardness a lot in my personality. I personally believe that honesty is the best policy and being completely honest can be good and bad. I have close friends and family because then can depend on me to tell them the truth without sugar coating an answer, but sometimes that can leave them to not want to be

I believe I got this trait from my mother because she had to raise five children without the support of their father. It was difficult but she let no goal become out of reach. Growing up I always wanted to become a doctor, but obstacles keep me from going to school. And now that I finally started I am not discouraged because I started late, but instead I focus on the goal and I know one day I will achieve it and become a doctor. Out of the five traits my personality best fits in the extraversion category because all of the descriptions of the trait best describe my personality as warm, excitement seeking, positive emotion, and assertive person that I have become today....
