Discussion Questions #1 CRT/205 Week 8 I work at Wal-Mart as an ICS associate (Inventory Control Specialist). One night my coworker  decided that he would be texting while on the clock. After he completed his jobs for the night he  started to text and has his phone on the music player. I walked up to him and said that if he  wanted to txt, he would need to do that while he was on break or lunch. I told him that as long as  I am there he cannot play music or txt while on the clock because that is the company’s money he is  wasting. I suggested that he get started on other task that needed to be done around the store.  This reasoning was part of my moral reasoning. My co-worker could have truly easily gotten away  with playing music and texting during working hours had I not stood up for the company.  However, had I not stood up for what I believed was morally right, I would have been considered a  participant to his actions.
