The use of the capital punishment, more specifically the death sentence, is a particularly heated debate in the United States. Most of this debate centers on ethical dilemmas. The question is should the United States continue to use the strict rules or should it not I think that it should continue using it. As Far back as the Hammurabi’s time, the only way to solve the victim’s family member from a murder was to destroy the slayer. Although times have changed in years, the rules have pretty much stayed the same since then. The highest serious crime that a character can inflict on another is to a killing, and in a result in a return is the most severe punishment, which is the death penalty. There are 3 reasons why capital punishment may not be as strong of a disadvantage as it possibly could be. Two main reasons are that the punishments are not carried out as soon, or with enough confidence as they should be. The last reason, my only opinion, is that they are not carried out in public as they were until 1936.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
