7/29/10 Course Design Homework (30%): 3 hands-on assignments, requiring implementation/application of a method to a real sequence dataset (10% each). Paper presentation(10%): a 10-min. presentation on the paper of your choice, followed by 5 mins of Q&A. you can select papers listed in http://math.mit.edu/~lippert/18.417/.
