Analyzing Information/Employee Involvement To reduce the negative impacts of employee disengagement on businesses, they can turn to a Web-based feedback-management system to help capture employee feedback. People who are not engaged in their work are often unhappy. The absence of positive emotion can negatively impact the service they provide to clients. Disengaged teammates tend to lack the energy needed to help companies attain high performance. They may not care if colleagues, department or company succeeds or fails. Improving retention and loyalty begins with management convincing their teammates that they are valued. Manager’s need to analyze and respond to employee comments and questions, as well as produce reports that help identify trends that provide information to make more effective business decisions.
