B şıkkı-Unfair dismissal Unfair dismissal is the term used in English, Welsh and Scottish Law to describe an employer 's action when terminating an employee 's employment contrary to the requirements of the Employment Rights Act 1996 . The concept of Unfair Dismissal therefore has a narrower meaning than is commonly understood. T hings that employees do now want to go through while working is getting dismissed. There are a lot of kinds of dismissals some are forced, some are not forced, and some are terminated without prior notice. The effect of a dismissal to an employee vary in certain degrees, some would find it hard to recover after such an ordeal while some are able to recover and be at their feet for just a short time after the event. Yet there are indeed unfair dismissals that you as an employee should watch out for since some employers may just use some tactics to get you dismissed with no proper grounds for terminating your employment       .
