In the very first stage of developing mineral digging industry, many resources were used in the develop progress. After produce and sell progresses, only capital and labor can get benefit from the industry, and they return to the next cycle of the production. Other resources used in develop of the industry will not enter to the next cycle. These non-recyclable generated lots of wastes during the production process, and almost all of these wastes will be leave in the environment. The present mode of industrial production development, which had ignored essential ecological principles, had caused serious environmental consequence.
