Thanks to these simulations, gain of time during design and assembly stages can be important. We study the influence of components’ geometrical variations on functional conditions. It corresponds to an extension of work realised with rigid body hypothesis, and allows study of mechanisms made by some flexible component. Majority of works dealing with components’ deformation on assembly are focused on welded, riveted or bolded assembly.
