If the evaluated deviation for the new sample point is not in the current range of deviation, the new point is likely to be effective data for the minimum deviation zone fitting. A new iteration is started. 3. Otherwise, the new sample point is ignored because most likely it is not an effective data in the minimum deviation zone evaluation.
