Engineering 10 Engineering Design and Analysis Fall, 2009 Final Report for Mechanical Engineering Module The final reports for the mechanical engineering module should convince your readers (Professor Johnson and the graduate student instructors) of the benefits of purchasing a wind turbine system that you are proposing. Provided here are the details for preparing your reports. Formatting Reports are to be prepared using a word processor (such as Microsoft Word) to the following specifications: 1 inch margins on all sides (this document has 1” margins) Use 12 point font (this document uses 12 point Times New Roman font) Double space text (this document is not double spaced) No more than 10 pages of text (approximately 2500 words) in the main body of the report Graphs, figures and tables do not count toward your length or word count (but these should be used judiciously) Appendices do not count toward your length or word count (but should not be excessively long) Each student
