In my decision, I know that Principal 1 would play a big part. If I had to decide to buy a house or not, I would have to think about all the things I would have to give up in order of doing that. I would have to give up shopping for, going out with friends, and the extra activites that I enjoy doing. Principal 2 would also be considered. Principal 4 would be considered if the seller was offering an incentive when buying their home. The seller might offer all the appliances when selling the home or agree to pay closing cost which would provoke the buyer to buy their home. There are several costs that come along with buying and maintaining a home that have to be considered. As I have mentioned the yard care, utilities, home insurance. ..these are things you would have to think about once you bought the home. Before you can buy the home you would need to think about, closing cost, down payment and such. All of these factors would pay off in the end because you would own your own home. It would be years and you could do as you please with it....
