CheckPoint: Ambulatory Care With the economy being so bad and a lot of people not being able to pay for insurance, it’s easier for people to go to these fast ambulatory care services so that they can pay a little for the services. They could use these places as a way of not having to make an appointment and they don’t have to wait. Now that the prices of medical supplies and services have gone up more people are not going to get any kind of care. Because of the cost there are some out there that cannot even afford to go to the ambulatory care facilities. I have heard from a lot of friends and family that have got to an ambulatory care service and they have told me that it is easier for them to pay the fee that they charge and get the service they need than having to go to the emergency room of doctors office.
