Executive Summary Wayfair Inc. is an American e-commerce company that sells furniture and home-goods. The company was founded in 2002 and they offered around 18 million items from more than 11,000 suppliers around the globe. The company headquarters is located in Boston, Massachusetts. Wayfair thinks that everyone should live in home they loved. In order to accomplish their belief, the company offers million furniture and home-goods items to shoppers by quick and easy access and selection through innovation and technology. This case study will focus on explaining and describing the benefits from the decisions that Wayfair face on choosing and developing information systems.
