Unformatted text preview: My greatest weakness is that I care too much and I am a perfectionist. I find myself wanting to help everyone and fix everything. I really like organization and having a clean work environment, which include paperwork. To balance this I just came up with a system that allows me to blend everything in and produce helpful and productive outcome. How do I handle Stress? I actually work better under pressure and I've found that I enjoy working in a challenging environment. Prioritizing my responsibilities so I have a clear idea of what needs to be done when, has helped me effectively manage pressure on the job.
