Kevin McGovern – McGovern Capital LLC Well, there's been a dramatic change in the capital markets over the last ten, fifteen years. You know, the old venture capitalist is really not a venture capitalist anymore. What they are is they like to finance purchases of the companies that are mature and very few people are doing what's called seed capital. That means giving early startup entrepreneurs the money to really build a business and start a business. There are a few that specialize in it and we work with a couple of them but they're very difficult to find. A high recommendation is Pratt's Guide to Venture Capital. IT is a very invaluable book in your library and it breaks you up. It tells you each venture capitalist, what products they're dealing with, the size of the deal, we have it in our library here and I use it all the time. Stan Pratt, enjoy your royalties but I think it's a very, very significant guide and very helpful to the entrepreneur. I'm going to tell you a little anecdote if you will. Stan Pratt used to be . .. he is basically the counselor to venture capitalists in deciding which venture capitalist is performing well etcetera. He used to come to our luncheons at the Stamford Venture Capital Group. This was the first venture capital group ever in that world, really. It was started in Stamford,
