Exactly what do you want your audience to think, feel or believe after receiving your  message?   Clear understanding of the denial of her request, with no anger or  misunderstanding.  4. Who is your primary audience?  Margaret Caldwell  5. What is their background?  Valued and wealthy customer at our bank 6. How are its members different from one another?  There are different members of the  bank, in this case three different transactions were made the same day at different hours. 7. How are its members similar to one another?   The situation has occurred before to other  members when one card is swiped numerous times during one transaction. 8. What are their reactions likely to be to your message?  Maybe an angry reaction is  expected.  B. Gather Information 1.
