To get myself on track to eating health, I will need to drastically change my eating habits by adding more fruit, vegetables, and milk to my diet. I intend on doing this by adding fruit and milk to my breakfast, fresh vegetables for snacks during the day and cooked vegetables at dinner. What are some nutrient-rich foods that you could add to your daily diet?
