Running head: NETWORK SECURITY 2 Kudler Fine Foods Frequent Shopper Program The Internet drastically has changed the aspects of our daily lives. People rely heavily on the use of the internet to perform many tasks and soon it will become common to use the Internet for everything. Companies began noticing that the Internet can help increase finances and expand services to customers worldwide. This caused businesses on the Internet to skyrocket. Kudler Fine Foods wants to take this direction by establishing the Frequent Shopper Program. In this paper, I will describe potential electronic commerce aspects related to the development of this program as well as the legal, ethical, and security considerations involved. Additionally, this paper will include a description of a financial analysis for this program. Development of the Program Kathy Kudler had a vision to “create one store that would stock a wide selection of the freshest ingredients as well as all of the tools a gourmet cook could ever want” (Apollo Group, Inc., 2007). Her vision came true with Kudler Fine Foods being established in the San Diego metropolitan area. Kudler has been doing exceptionally well but wanted to expand services, so the company has decided to start a frequent shopper program to increase customer relations. However, this program was not created to provide customers with everyday discounts but to provide rewards to loyal customers. According to Apollo Group, Inc.
