MATERIAL LIST FOR 2-D Design Columbia College NINA WEISS MATERIALS INCLUDE; but may not be limited to: - Sketchbook (11” X 12”); please bring to each class! - Three-ring binder or folder for Xerox class handouts - Black India Ink, brush/nib, permanent black marker, or equivalent - Nylon brushes, mix of flat and round (see below) - Glue Stick or non-toxic adhesive - 2H, 2B, 3B drawing pencils, erasure - X-Acto or matt knife - 14” X 17’ pad tracing paper - 12” X 17” pad Bristol Board - Carolina board (for drawing and mounting purposes) - Templates: ovals, curves, circles - Triangles: 45/90 degree - Drafting Tape - Black paper - Sissors - 18” Ruler PLEASE BE SURE TO BRING APPROPRIATE MATERIALS TO EACH CLASS AS REQUESTED! COLOR PALETTE : you can either use a flat palette, or a mixing palette with paint wells. The main requirement is that your surface area be BIG. You can use a clear sheet of picture glass: tape off edges to be safe, and mount to piece of white cardboard or foamcore. The tear-off disposable
