Your choice of a repetitive unit (i.e. found object) is paramount to the success of your piece – choose something of personal interest, which gains in aesthetic when repeated!! Unit forms can be abstract or narrative - - - - choose your focus. Time is limited – chose a manageable scale. Collaborative pieces welcomed! (w/ 1 friend in the same class - composition should reflect the vision/work of 2 people.) Relief Sculpture: An art work, graphic in concept, but sculptural in application, utilizing relatively shallow depth to establish its form.
