Working Capital 2 Working Capital and Capital Budgeting Analysis This analytical paper will focus on an article named Cash-to-Cash Analysis and Management (the article), written by Hutchinson, Farris II, and Anders for The CPA Journal. The article states that companies are in a growing demand for management in their cash flow cycle, which consists of accounts payable (A/P), inventory, and accounts receivable (A/R). The article further states that; “managers must know their company’s cash-to-cash (C2C) position, and not focus solely on bottom-line profits” (Hutchison, Farris II, & Anders, 2007, p42).
