Assignment Description: You are in charge of maintaining a freight schedule for a shipping company and you need to set up a database to keep all of your information. Assignment Details: 1. Make a new database and call it Schedule . 2. Make a new table using the Create Tab and create the following fields in addition to an ID field: a. SSN b. LastName c. FirstName d. Address e. City f. Region (rename to ST) g. PostalCode (rename to ZipCode) 3. Name the table Drivers. 4. Select the ID field as the primary key. Select the auto/number data type button for this field. 5. Remember: any relationship connection must be with like fields: text to text/ number/number 6. Now create a form and enter in the data. Save the form as Driver Form.
