Team Challenge: Applications of Learning Principles Today your group is going to come up with examples of how the psychology of learning  principles we have discussed in class can be applied to improve your lives and/or the lives of  others.   Each of you needs to pick one of the following: Think of an undesirable (i.e., “problem”) behavior that you would either like to STOP or  decrease (e.g., smoking, binge drinking, having unprotected sex, picking your nose, yelling at  your mother, procrastinating, etc.).  Working together with your teammates, come up with a  behavioral plan to extinguish this behavior.  In order to do this effectively, think about the  following: What learning principles explain the development and maintenance of this behavior? What learning principles can be applied to reinforce your efforts to decrease or cease this
