Memories 2 “A Lifetime of Memories” is a scrap booking store that specializes to people who want to create there memories in what is called a scrap book. Scrapbooking has become a hobby and is important to give the customer what they want, and to teach our customers basic and new techniques to create the best scrapbook. The company’s structure is made up of an investor with scrapbooking experience, the founder that will manage all aspects of the store, a scrapbooking specialist, and 3 part-time employees. The employees of the company will be required to stay up-to-date on new techniques to provide the customers with a new and different way of creating a scrapbook. The role that the investor will play is funding the business and giving the founder new and different techniques for scrapbooking. The founder will be an active partner in helping start up the business by proving ways to create a successful business. The role of the founder will be managing all the aspects of business such as: employee training, advertising, hiring, recruitment, web design and accounting. The role of the scrapbooking specialist will be mainly to teach the nightly classes
