Using a derivation similar to that presented in class for nMOS transistors, derive the large signal model equations for pMOS transistors. Do not skip any steps, and, as always (from now on), be sure to justify each step of your derivation and explain any assump- tions you make. 2. Consider the nMOS transistor and the series connection of two half-length nMOS transis- tors shown below. The series connected transistors can be viewed as a composite three terminal device. For Parts a) and b) below, assume that the resistances in the wires and the diffusion regions forming the sources and drains of the transistors can be neglected.
