I. On July 1 st , 2010, Chief Administrative Officer of the House of Representatives  has resigned after an internal report criticized his office for lax management  practices. He was in charge of day-to-day operations such as payroll and  information technology services to child care and parking for employees. As he  left, he didn’t mention anything else about why he resigned, but lawmakers and  senior aids complained about receiving poor services from him. Though he is  close to Democratic leaders, Beard has attracted some controversy in the  Washington post.  Republicans have accused him of being overly zealous in

II. Someone who quit right after being accused of lax management practices is definitely the one who did it and that someone is CAO of the House. We are still trying to fight this recession, and his management is laid back. We need strong willed and aggressive leaders to run this country in order for us to stay united....
