I. In Stanford, California on July 26, 2010, Henry Miller responded to an article  entitled “Unsafe at Any Meal”. The article claims that food companies are the  primary source of why food-borne illnesses happen. The reader states that food  borne illnesses in companies happen very rarely. Instead, he states that food  borne illnesses actually more with the mishandling of food. He says that more  expansive and expensive regulation is not the answer, but better education food
