Fatal limb defects (1/1000 – 1/3000) Fetal Cell Sorting – fetal cells isolated from mother’s blood o Invasive = causing damage to fetus o Tests = experimental, still working on procedure, safe Karyoptype Molecular Ultrasound o Image of fetus o Assists with CVS and amnio but not as accurate o Detect some structural feature characteristic of some abnormalities
