LL 278 Class Project 1: Debate Proposition: In international economic law one sees the dirty truth of international law writ large: it is a system ruled by and serving the powerful at the expense of the powerless. Speaking Time : 3 to 4 minutes (one warning “knock” at 3 minutes and two at 4 minutes). Order of Speaking: The speakers from opposing teams go one after another in debating – i.e. the first speaker for the affirmative speaks, then the first speaker for the negative, then the second speaker for the affirmative, and so on. ..
