Analysis of Team Charter This week’s assignment focused on collaborating with our Learning Team and considering the personality types, listening skills, and trust levels of our team members. After completing the Do I Trust Others and How Good Are My Listening Skills self-assessments I was able to understand how I react to others. On my first assessments I scored a 3. This basically meant that I do trust others and I genuinely take there word. In today’s time with identity theft and scams prevalent in our society, taking someone’s word as face value is hard to do. This assessment fits my personality and how I was raised. “Believe what people say. Proverbs 19:1 tell us “Insist on integrity.” and what is integrity but truthfulness, doing what you say you are going to do.” (Fraser, 2008) This statement tells us not to worry about people’s motives and do what you feel is right. In evaluating assessment, I scored a 51 on the How Good are my Listening Skills.
