English 1B- Draegan Spring 2009 Stasis Theory Topic: Recycling on Campus Conjecture: Recycling on campus began through the efforts of environmental activist clubs and because of this they should not receive a cut in their funding. Definition: Recycling is a program where materials that can be processed so that they can be reused are collected and sent to plants, this process benefits those involved, those who work for the recycling factories and most importantly the environment.
