To whom it may concern: It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for John Sepassi. In one  semester, John’s contributions to the class have been sizable and across the assignments and  projects, few themes emerged: he has strong work ethic regardless of having to overcome  difficult situations and he displays leadership abilities. John’s determination to succeed in his educational objectives and career goals is apparent in his  performance in my class. He is always first to contribute to our discussions and is not afraid to  question the material we cover, which exemplifies his engagement with the coursework. John  also shares aspects of his life outside of academics allowing the opportunity to get to know him  and understand what he might be dealing with even more. He leads by example as he is always thorough and punctual with completing his paperwork and approaches every task and project with a positive attitude. John is a committed and very dedicated student and I have no doubt in my mind that he will continue to excel in his studies and pursue his goals. John overcomes challenging situations with his strong will, determination and can-do spirit.
