7 Elmwood Drive New City, New York 10956 (845) 639-1439 www.NCTRC.org Fax (845) 639-1471 Memorandum To : TR Educators From : Bob Riley, CTRS Executive Director Date : April 27, 2007 Re : New Test Eligibility Application Process Provided below is a summary outline of the new Test Eligibility application process as approved by the NCTRC Board of Directors on April 14, 2007. Please review this information and share this opportunity with your senior-level students. Please be advised that the new application process permits students to apply for Test Eligibility and possibly complete the NCTRC exam earlier in the academic process. However, students can still elect to register and complete the exam upon completion of all academic requirements. For some students this may be the more prudent option. NCTRC supports the premise that the decision to exercise the new application option should be done in consultation with the academic advisor. Please contact NCTRC at 845-639-1439 or [email protected] with any questions or concerns regarding this new application process. Title : New Test Eligibility Application Process Purpose: To permit new applicants the opportunity to gain Test Eligibility (TE) status and complete the NCTRC exam prior to the completion of the field placement requirement and degree attainment. As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

I cannot even describe how much Course Hero helped me this summer. It’s truly become something I can always rely on and help me. In the end, I was not only able to survive summer classes, but I was able to thrive thanks to Course Hero.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
