that it is hard to keep count. Businesses were hit hard. The cost of transferring goods from one point to another became unbearable. To counteract that cost businesses raised their prices. That hit consumers hard because they were already having trouble with losing jobs, the tumbling housing market, and the decreasing value of the dollar. Slowly this process caused inflation. Prices of everything went up. Companies and businesses had to make up for the rising cost of gas that affected their business so much. But these days, ever since the election between Senator John McCain and Senator Barack Obama the price of gas has slowly been on a downward slope. It’s gone from a peak of $4.11 all the way down to a continental US average of $1.75 a gallon. What does
