10/28/2008 Eng 100WB Seventh Generation As the CEO of Seventh Generation I believe that our best interest is in the both loyalty and the trust of the customers and the better off of our company. From hearing both side of the argument, I have no choice but to take in to consideration the suggestions from both sides. I believe that our brand is strong. It is strong enough that we are able to regain our current market share in the baby wipes market in no time, even in the absence of up to three months. But the trust is so hard to gain but so easily lost. Therefore the best courses of action for the Seventh Generation to take is to sell through existing conventional wipes until the end of current month, stop the manufacturing of any additional conventional wipes, and than wait until the newly formulated wipes are available for manufacturing. The most important reason for the action are the customer loyalty and trust of our company and products. As I mention earlier, market shares and shelf space could be regained
