Case Analysis 1 Significant Facts The company that these people work at created a product called the bottom entry disposer. However, this product has had various problems. One in which is that the product is having trouble functioning. Not to mention that it is already 2 years late in being released. To further the problems with this product is that it is currently accounting for fifty thousand of the expenses in the company. It is because of these problems that production of the BED has halted until these problems have subsided. Interested Parties In this case, there are several people who are involved in this ethical dilemma. Firstly, there is Bert Russel, who is the manager of product quality. Secondly, there is George Moore who is the testing supervisor. Thirdly, there is Frank Bradley, who is the manager of the engineering department and is also known to like to talk a lot. Bradley is also known to be able to persuade and can be manipulative at times. Finally, the last person involved in this case is Jim Mctaggart who is Russel’s boss. Broadly looking at this case, it could be said that everyone in the company could be at stake of losing their job. But most likely, it is probably the jobs of the listed names above that are at stake. The problem is that if the product
